Afternoon snack

As part of the half board, we offer you an afternoon snack in the café/bar every day from 14:00 to 17:30.

Bar

Our hotel bar is open for you from 14:00 to 24:00.

Bath and sauna towels

Sauna towels are provided for you in your room in the bathing bag and are changed daily on request. Your room will not be cleaned on the environmental day – fresh bath and sauna towels are available on request at the hotel reception.

Bathrobes and slippers

We will provide you with a bathrobe and slippers free of charge for the duration of your stay. In the event that a bathrobe is missing on departure, we will charge EUR 50.00. You are welcome to take the slippers home with you.

Breakfast buffet

07:00 to 10:00 am.

We kindly ask you not to take any food from the buffet.

Various hotel and ski area brochures are available at reception.

We accept EC cards (debit cards) or Master Card, Eurocard and Visa credit cards, as well as cash.

We kindly ask you to check out by 10:00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure.

Dinner

From 18:30 to 20:00 we serve you our 5-course dinner menu or themed buffet. Our service staff will be happy to advise you on a suitable wine accompaniment, aperitif or digestif.

We kindly ask you not to take any food or drinks out of the restaurant.

Doctor and pharmacy

You can reach the hospital in Zams on the following telephone number: *43 (0)5442 600-0. The nearest pharmacy is in Arzl. The opening hours are MO – FR 08:00 to 12:00. If necessary, please ask at the hotel reception for the general practitioner on duty.

In case of an emergency, please dial 6.

Dress code

Our dress code varies from casual to stylish, depending on your individual well-being and the time of day. For dinner we ask you to wear appropriate evening attire.

Fire

In the event of a fire, please remain calm and inform reception (dial 6 for emergency call) about the source of the fire. Please follow the instructions of our staff.

Hairdresser

The hairdressing salon is located in the village. Pre-booking requested. Opening hours:

– DI to FR from 08:30 to 18:00.

– SA from 08:00 to 13:00.

Half board

Consists of

– breakfast from 07:00 to 10:00

– afternoon snack from 14:00 to 17:30

– 5-course dinner or themed buffet from 18:30 to 20:00

We kindly ask you to arrive in the dining room by 20:00 at the latest.

Local tax

The local tax is payable by every guest and amounts to between EUR 2.00 and EUR 4.00 (depending on the season) per person and day for adults aged 16 and over. Children up to 15 years are free.

Massage

Our state-certified massage therapist will be happy to pamper you. Information and registration at reception.

Newspaper service

The latest magazines are available free of charge in the conservatory.

Daily: The daily newspaper is available digitally on the tablet at the hotel reception.

Packed lunch

Please order your packed lunch at reception by 17:00 the day before. The price is EUR 10.00.

Payment

Your drinks consumption will be charged directly to your room bill.

Your receipt will be at your table the next day for you to check. We ask you to settle all your bills on the day of departure.

„Pitztal Sommercard“

valid from June to October

You will receive the Pitztal Summer Card from your host on the day of arrival. You can decide whether you want to use the card on the day of arrival or departure.

You can use a mountain railway or the XP adventure park free of charge every day. In addition, you get daily access to the other service partners, such as museums, swimming lakes, climbing hall, Boulderstadl, stone block centre and free travel on the public bus in the Pitztal – every day.

Public buses

You can purchase a ticket for the local transport system for EUR 7.50, which is valid throughout your stay at our hotel. Information on departure times and various stops is available at reception.

This is included in the Pitztal Summer Card from June to October.

Room cleaning

Room cleaning takes place daily between 08:00 and 12:00. If you leave your room later, we ask you to hang the “Do not disturb sign” on the door. If you do not wish your room to be cleaned, please also hang out the “Do not disturb” sign. If you have any complaints about your room or if something is not working, please contact our hotel reception.

Safe

There is a safe in every room, enter a 4-digit number and press the L button. To open, enter the same number again. We are not liable for any items taken from the room.

Ski hire

In-house ski hire at favourable prices for hotel guests. Information is available at reception.

Ski passes

You can purchase ski passes (from 1-day ski pass) for the Hochzeiger ski area at reception. Multi-day ski passes Hochzeiger include one day of your choice at the Pitztal Glacier/Rifflsee) (please note that the 1st day of skiing must be at Hochzeiger). Please buy half-day tickets directly at the ticket office of the respective ski area!

Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in the entire hotel, we ask you to smoke on the balcony or terrace. In case of non-compliance we charge EUR 100,00 special cleaning costs!

Our tap water is high-quality spring water from the Tyrolean mountains and is ideal for drinking.

The indoor pool is open daily from 6:30 to 09:00 and from 12:00 to 21:00. Our saunas and steam bath are open for you from 15:30 to 20:00. For safety reasons, we ask you not to take any bottles or glasses into the wellness area.
